Do you charge by the hour?
No. I charge for outcomes, not time. Every project gets a fixed quote after scoping. This protects you from bill shock and keeps me motivated to work efficiently.

What's included in a fixed quote?
Everything we agreed in scope. Design, build, accessibility testing, and a post-launch support period are all factored in.

Can I add things during the project?
Within reason, yes — small additions don't change the quote. Significant scope changes get a separate quote agreed before work begins.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere. Invoicing is in GBP.
